One-on-One Coaching Policy & Client Agreement

Non-Refundable Policy

All coaching services are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to early termination, non-participation, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction with results, medical issues, personal circumstances, or failure to attend sessions. By enrolling, the client acknowledges and agrees that all payments are final and non-refundable.

3-Month Commitment

Enrollment in the coaching program requires a strict three (3) month commitment. By signing up, the client agrees to the full commitment term regardless of participation level.

Session Structure

Weekly coaching calls occur on Tuesdays. Sessions are 30 minutes weekly unless otherwise stated in writing. Clients are responsible for booking their own sessions using the provided scheduling link. Late arrival does not extend session time.

Missed Sessions

Missed sessions, cancellations, or no-shows are not rescheduled or refunded. Coaching services continue as scheduled regardless of attendance.

Communication

All communication is conducted through the Trainerize app. Business hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm EST. No weekend services. Messages sent outside business hours will be reviewed on the next business day.

Results Disclaimer

Results are not guaranteed. The coach provides guidance and structure, but the client is fully responsible for adherence and results.

Scope of Practice

The coach is a certified Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer, but is not a physician, physical therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or licensed medical provider. Coaching services do not constitute medical care, therapy, or treatment.

Medical Responsibility

Clients are responsible for continuing all doctor-prescribed medications and medical care. Coaching does not replace medical treatment.

Eating Disorders

Coaching does not treat or cure eating disorders. Clients with eating disorders are responsible for receiving therapy from licensed professionals.

Injuries & Pregnancy

Clients with injuries must receive care from licensed physical therapists and follow professional recommendations. Pregnant clients must have written medical clearance prior to participation.

Photo & Privacy Policy

All client photos and personal content are strictly confidential. No photos, videos, testimonials, or identifying content will be shared without explicit verbal and written consent. No exceptions.

Minors

Clients under 18 require verbal and written parental consent.

Termination

The coach reserves the right to terminate services for policy violations or misconduct. No refunds will be issued.

Service Commencement

Once any coaching service has begun (including onboarding, intake review, scheduling, or initial session), the program is considered active and non-refundable.

Good Faith Exception

Any refund or adjustment, if ever offered, is a one-time discretionary courtesy and does not constitute a policy change, precedent, obligation, or entitlement for any client.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Acknowledgment

By participating in coaching services, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms within this policy.
