When either is combined with progressive overload – which is the process of frequently challenging your body with increased weight or repetitions – these two types of workouts offer an unbeatable combination for achieving amazing results!

  • How experienced do I need to be for your programs?

    My programs are designed with everyone in mind – from complete beginners to advanced athletes. The difficulty level can be tailored to each individual’s starting point and goals, with the amount of weight used or repetitions completed adjusted accordingly.     Depending on the type of exercises you have chosen, you may need different pieces of equipment. If you are performing home workouts, you will need dumbbells, a yoga mat, exercise bands and a workout bench is optional. If you have opted for gym workouts, then the standard gym equipment should be sufficient.

    1:1 coaching or a custom exercise plan are the only programs that give you direct access to your coach through messages. All other programs provide group chats where you can post any questions that you have and receive answers from both myself and the community.  You can also post videos performing an exercise move to get coached on your form. This makes it easy for you to stay connected and get the help that you need during your workouts.
